02-12-08 Nate rocks the houze : Hero wo NATE: 2 muscleups, 4 Handstand-pushups, 6 kettlebell swings 2 pood (70#).  Subbing 2=1 jumping MUps or 3=1 pullups/ring-dips or dips. This one was (as Rooker would put it) stealthy brutal. A TON of the crew averaged a solid 8-10 rounds, TRUE SPARTANS!
