04-22-08 Kath & Jilly do weighted-pullups at BTB : Kath didn't beat her PR of 70#, but did get 65 and tried kipping w/a vest (whaaaacky) -- Jilly got 42.5 HOOYAH -- and Ricky tried 105... which turned into some sort of crazy knees-to-elbow thing LOL.

04-04-08 Gwen : GWEN: 15-12-9 (untimed) touch n go's, clean & jerks.  That means no stopping at the bottom to rest or regrip, so these are TRULY unbroken in-a-row.  Ya are allowed to rest with the bar on your shoulders (rack position) or with the bar in the crook of your hips (bent-over).  This one was a real test to stay focused on pulling the clean efficiently.
